SIGNATURE
The project is composed of world-leading partners, selected for their excellence in research and education in the area of biomarkers of autoimmune diseases and will provide a collaborative network of European academic and industrial experts working in the complementary domains of tissue imaging, single cell proteomics and transcriptomics and high content data analysis and integration. The project will bring together many researchers working on different aspects of autoimmune/autoinflammatory disease research for a better integration which is required for the comprehensive understanding of complex autoimmune diseases.

Fundación Progreso y Salud carries out research and innovation activities in Health through 10 research groups distributed among different centres in the Autonomous Community of Andalusia. Université De Bretagne Occidentale (UBO)
UBO is a public university located in Brest, France. Its "B Lymphocytes, Autoimmunity and Immunotherapies" laboratory (LBAI) has been recognized by INSERM (UMR1227), the French national network of public research in 2017 and constitutes the National Reference Center for Sjögren’s Syndrome and autoimmune diseases (CERAINO) at Brest University Hospital. Its research is supported by technical platforms (e.g. flow cytometry and Hyperion, Bioinformatics), unique biocollections, international and national networks and ongoing or upcoming clinical trials.

Universita Degli Studi Di Catania (UNICT)
The University of Catania, founded in 1434, is one of the Italy’s largest universities with about 40,000 students and about 1,400 among professors and researchers. The organization of the teaching is handled today by 17 departments, by the Faculty of Medicine, and by two special didactic units established in the decentralized offices of Ragusa (Modern Languages) and Syracuse (Architecture). A special didactic unit is also the school of excellence "Scuola Superiore di Catania", a higher education centre of the University of Catania . It annually offers more than 20 University Master Courses and around 17 Ph.D. courses.
The Department of Drug and Health Sciences, is located in the main campus of the University of Catania. its objective the study of the drug from different points of view by an interdisciplinary approach. Inside the Department, the Computational Systems Biomedicine Research Group (COMBINE) drives the research in applying computational methodologies to the field of biomedicine.
Deutsches Rheuma-Forschungszentrum Berlin (DRFZ)
The German Rheumatism Research Center Berlin, a Leibniz Institute, founded in 1988, investigates the long‐term outcomes of rheumatic diseases, including the impact of current treatment options, in order to inform clinical decision making, identify unmet needs and improve health care. Biomedical research identifies the cells initiating and those driving rheumatic diseases, and the underlying molecular mechanisms. The DRFZ’s aim is to improve the care and quality of life of people with rheumatic diseases and to develop improved, personalised, at best curative therapies for patients with rheumatic diseases and their rapid translation into clinical practice.
Atrys Health, Sa
Atrys Health is a global company that provides diagnostic services and precision medicine. With more than 2,400 professionals, it is present in Spain, Portugal, Switzerland and Latin America. The main business areas are diagnosis - genetics, pathological anatomy and telemedicine, with 4 diagnostic laboratories in Spain and one in Portugal-, oncology -medical and radiotherapy, with 6 oncology centers (Spain, Switzerland, Portugal and Mexico) and 4 centers of molecular medicine-, and preventive medicine -occupational health and risks, with 110 centers distributed throughout Spain.

Centro Nacional de Análisis Genómico (CNAG)
The CNAG is a non-profit organization funded by the Spanish Ministry of Science and Innovation and the Catalan Government. The CNAG was created in 2009 with the mission to carry out projects in DNA sequencing and analysis in collaboration with researchers from Catalonia, Spain and from the international research community to ensure the competitiveness in the strategic area of genomics. The center is organized in two production-oriented groups for Sequencing and Bioinformatic Analysis that secure seamless operation, and several research groups including Single Cell Genomics.
